Some elements of the Specna Arms CORE? light machine guns were made of polymer to reduce their weight and make the weapon more maneuverable. The polymer parts include: the receiver, the dust cover with a RIS rail, the front sight with a base, the stock, the magazine and the pistol grip.

The metal parts include remaining elements such as the handguard with a set of RIS rails, external barrel, magazine compartment, buffer tube, flash hider and stock pad. The Specna Arms light machine gun features several steel parts: a bipod, external barrel lock, stock mount, trigger guard, trigger guard, carrying handle, as well as all pins and mounting hardware.

The implemented ESA ? machine gun replica quick spring exchange system allows for fast and quick adjustment of the replica's power to the expected conditions at the range without the need for access to a workshop or a special set of tools. The spring change process takes literally seconds; all that is required is to pull out a single pin, pull the original latch and pull the spring guide along with the spring through the opening in the gearbox frame.

The replica is driven by a full-size, metal, heavy-duty M249 gearbox that is characteristic for its high durability and good stock reliability. The mechanism is prepared for further tuning and ready for stress connected to provide covering fire. Inside, there are the following components:

The set includes a polymer box magazine with a capacity of 2500 BBs that allows you to cover your enemy with a hail of bullets. The BBs in the magazine are automatically fed thanks to an electric winding mechanism powered by 2 AA batteries (not included in the set).
