2. Placing an order
Orders must be placed from the overguns.com site by registering as a customer.
3. Product information
overguns.com pays great attention to information concerning the essential characteristics of the products by means of technical descriptions from its partners and manufacturers, and photographs illustrating the products. All this is done within the limits of technology and in compliance with the best market standards.
The sales prices indicated on the Portal are shown in Euros. VAT is not included in these prices, nor are shipping costs. Shipping costs are borne by the User and will be added to the total amount of the selected products once the order is placed. Likewise, shipping costs vary depending on the delivery point. 5. Availability and delivery times
Orders paid by Bank Transfer are delivered within 48 hours after the transfer is made.
If the payment method is cash on delivery, the shipment is made within 48 hours after the confirmation of the customer's data.
For the rest of the orders, the user will be informed of the delivery time, not exceeding 15 days, after the payment of the order. If for any reason the deadline cannot be met, the customer will be informed and may exercise their right of revocation. overguns.com will refund the purchase price by crediting the credit card, by bank transfer to the account indicated by the customer or by crediting the customer's personal account.
6. Shipping method
Products purchased on overguns.com will be shipped to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. To the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla overguns.com does not ship replica firearms or firearms replicas.
The order will be shipped to the address you indicated at the time of purchase or the one you modified at the time of order confirmation.

overguns.eu makes every effort to respect the delivery times mentioned on the Portal. However, overguns.com cannot be held responsible for the consequences of a delay in delivery or loss of the package by persons outside the contract of carriage, by yourself or due to unforeseeable or insurmountable reasons or causes of force majeure.
In the event that you do not receive a package within the indicated period, an investigation will be carried out together with the carrier which could last several days (the approximate period is fourteen (14) working days. During this period, no reshipment or refund of the order will be possible.
7. Tax exemption
A tax exemption is possible for our customers residing abroad (outside the EC). For this, once the package has been received, you must send us a photocopy of the invoice and a proof of address abroad.

9. Right of revocation. Satisfied or refunded
The customer shall have a period of seven working days from receipt of the order to terminate the contract and return the purchased product. The customer will communicate to overguns.com within the stipulated period and by any means permitted by law, the desire to exercise the right to terminate the contract. In such cases, overguns.com will refund the purchase price via the same payment method used by the customer.
If the reason for the return is that a returned product is defective, overguns.com will also bear the cost of the exchange.
If a product other than the one requested by the customer was delivered by mistake by overguns.com, the correct product will be delivered at no additional charge to the purchaser.

The customer shall have a period of 7 working days from receipt of the order to terminate the contract and return the purchased product.

According to this right of return, we will only accept returns of products that are sent in their original packaging, in new and complete condition (with accessories, manuals, cables, etc...). Items that have been sent incomplete, damaged, or soiled by the Customer will not be accepted.
Refund of the amount:
The customer can choose to have this amount credited to his customer account in order to be discounted on his next purchase.
If the payment was made by cash on delivery or bank transfer, the refund will be made by bank transfer to an account of the order holder once we have received and inspected the condition of the returned goods.
If the payment was made by credit card, the refund will be made automatically from the bank to the account associated with the card with which the purchase was made.
For any package you wish to return, you will have to contact overguns.eu customer service by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, or if you prefer, you can manage it yourself in your customer area.
Shipping costs shall be borne by the customer except in case of non-conformity of the product. We advise you to protect your items, as you will be responsible for any damage they may suffer during transport.
In the event of proven non-conformity, the User shall have the choice between repair or replacement of the product unless the desired option involves a cost that is manifestly disproportionate to the other option.
In this case, additional information will be requested or required in order to accept the purchase.
Consequently, and to avoid delays with your shipment, we kindly ask you to indicate when placing your order:

11. Warranties and After-Sales Service
In the event of a defective product, overguns.com will proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace, reduce the price or terminate the contract, which will be free of charge for the consumer and user. overguns.com is liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery. The consumer and user must inform overguns.com of the non-conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.
All material sold on our website benefits from:

The shipping costs of the items shall be borne by the customer. However, if the legal guarantee of conformity is applicable to the returned items, all costs arising from this return will be reimbursed to the customer.
Attention: The legal guarantees will not apply or will be partially applied in the repair of eventual damages resulting from an external cause to the appliance (e.g. accident, blow, strike, lightning, current problems....), or from a wrong handling by the customer (e.g. a use or installation not in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications, a use detrimental to the proper functioning of the appliance, a use with a commercial or collective character, or a use of incompatible accessories or consumables).
In the event that the manufacturer does not take the repairs into account, the latter will establish an estimate.
The manufacturer's warranties for products marketed by overguns.com do not cover:
- Replacement of consumables- Abnormal or non-compliant use of the products.- Breakdowns of accessories (power cables, etc.).- Repairs of possible defects by technical services not recognized by overguns.com.- Damage caused by any cause external to the device (e.g. accident, shock, lightning, power problems).
Warranty Service Conditions
All products that you can purchase from overguns.com online store are guaranteed for 2 years from the date of purchase of the product.
Unauthorized manipulation or disassembly, misuse, blows or wear and tear of the product will void the warranty.
Standard airsoft replicas and other standard items from overguns.com are subject to manufacturer specifications, which determine minimum operating conditions of performance (accuracy, range, power, etc), which do not have to meet or exceed standards of other models, other brands or real weapons and other accessories for military or security use.
It is possible that the standard features of an item need to be improved to be optimal, as with all brands of airsoft products, and for that there are all the parts in the spare parts section of the catalog.
overguns.eu manufacturing warranty
Replicas and other items from overguns.com are imported items, and as such do not come with an original factory warranty. Therefore, overguns.com assumes the factory warranty in order to comply with the law. This means that, in the event of having to honour the factory warranty, overguns.com will take care of the repair, replacing faulty parts with new ones when necessary, and only if necessary, depending on the seriousness of the fault, replacing the entire replica or the item completely with a new one.
The Warranty Act states that an item must be replaced when it is defective unless replacement with a new one would be disproportionate. Following the warranty policy of purchasing brand new items, exchanging a brand new item for one that is not new, even though it has little or no marks of use, the exchange is disproportionate.
Airsoft replicas in general, like many other machines and modeling items, require regular maintenance which is not covered by warranty. This maintenance is the sole responsibility of the customer. Any damage caused to the replica or other item by wear and tear, misuse, or lack of maintenance is not covered by the warranty. overguns.com encourages all customers to learn how to properly maintain their replicas and accessories.
Out of warranty is any problem due to lack of lubrication and/or general cleaning of internal parts (electrical contacts, internal barrel, hop-up, or any other that may cause a malfunction), such as ball jams or dirt on the contacts causing lack of electrical conduction. It is specifically out of warranty the replacement of the fuse, even in new replicas, unless it is not accessible to the user.
overguns.com is not responsible for the warranty of those replicas or other items that have been opened and/or manipulated without the express authorization of overguns.com's technical service.
As this is a hobby that requires mechanical knowledge, overguns.com encourages its customers to learn how to repair their replicas and assemble upgraded parts on them, always with the prior authorization of our technical service. overguns.com also encourages its customers to ask any technical questions they may have.
In certain cases overguns.com will not authorize the opening and manipulation of the interior of replicas or other items, so please consult us first, or the warranty will be revoked.
In cases where manipulation of the replica is authorized, subsequent damage or wear caused by such manipulation will not be covered by the warranty.
For any technical questions and troubleshooting, overguns.com has an e-mail address email@example.com where the technical department staff will respond as quickly as possible. This may take longer during and after peak sales periods of the year.
It is advisable to wait for the response to the e-mail to avoid the saturation of e-mails in the technical department's mailbox, which can cause delays in the service.
Warranty procedure for damage in transit
When the customer detects that an item arrives in poor condition due to a cause attributable to transport, you should immediately contact the carrier that delivered the order. If the package is broken or shows obvious signs of tampering, the customer must state this on the delivery note of the courier, otherwise it cannot be claimed later.
Claims for damage in transit have a 24-hour deadline from the time of delivery.

Warranty procedure for manufacturing defects
When the customer detects a problem in the article that is not caused by lack of maintenance, wear, handling, or damage after delivery, you should contact the technical service of the store through the address email@example.com providing the following information: Full name, full name of the invoice holder if different, email address from which the order was placed, invoice number (or order), and all possible details about the problem, including photos if necessary.
Within a few days the technical service will reply with indications and tests to be performed to complete the diagnosis, and once you have confirmed the problem we will indicate the procedure for collection of the item at your home.
When the customer receives an item and wishes to make a return before using the item must contact the administration of the store through the address firstname.lastname@example.org, through which you will be given the agreement and will indicate how to proceed.
The return shipment must be made by a carrier of the customer's choice (postage paid by the customer) to the following address:

The item must be properly packed and undamaged in the original packaging. The box of the item must be wrapped without adhesives or put in a box and this wrapping must be sealed with packing tape or similar. Please note that the item and its packaging must still be in new condition as it arrived to you.
Spare parts shipment
As part of the warranty of the replicas and other items, when necessary and in accordance with the customer, Airsoft.es also has a service of sending spare parts, which will be made by regular mail, and upon agreement.
In these cases, all possible technical assistance will be provided by e-mail and the express handling of those parts related to the assembly of the spare part will be authorized.
The shipment of the parts will be made, except for exceptions, by ordinary mail.
Packaging of material under warranty or return
It is the customer's responsibility to properly pack the material to be returned or the damaged material under warranty that overguns.com orders the transport company to pick it up.
overguns.com cannot be held responsible for any damage that may be caused to the material during transport due to inadequate packaging.
The overguns.com warehouse uses the most appropriate packaging for the integrity of the items in each shipment, but in the event of any material being received with damage caused during transit, a claim must be made to the transport company within 24 hours and this must be stated on the courier's delivery note if the packaging has already been broken or tampered with.
Time of attention
A replica or other item that arrives at the technical service is put on a waiting list in order to manage these issues in strict order of arrival. The waiting time once we have received an item under warranty, depending on the dates could be delayed up to 15 or 30 days, although it is not usual to be more than 10 days.
Every effort will be made to attend the warranty of the items as soon as possible but trying to ensure that the diagnosis and repair is not rushed.
When a replica or other item arrives at the service center, the customer is responsible for providing all the necessary information about the fault or defect, either by email and/or by written note attached to the product box.
If all the information is not provided, it is quite possible that the diagnosis is incorrect and the problem indicated by the customer does not really exist. It is not necessary to have mechanical knowledge, but it is essential to perform the preliminary tests indicated in the e-mail.
Non-existent or out-of-warranty problems
If the problem or defect in the replica or other item listed is not the one indicated by the customer, either due to lack of knowledge or incorrect use of the item, overguns.com will not be responsible for covering the shipping costs, and the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs before the replica is returned to the customer. Likewise, where the problem exists but has been caused by the customer, even if unintentionally, no repair will be made, as it is outside the terms of the warranty, and the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
overguns.com does not assume the service hours required to diagnose an apparent problem that has turned out not to be a problem, or that has been caused by the customer.
Returns and/or refunds of articles, whether or not defective, will not be accepted if they are not presented in exactly the same conditions in which they were sent, including box and packaging, by overguns.com.
The packaging does not need to be sealed, but in good condition, without breakage or other damage, and without adhesives.
Defective items that are not in a position to be returned will be treated like any other item under warranty, provided that the other terms of this are respected.
We will not accept returns of batteries, ammunition or used consumables, or items that include a battery and this has already been charged even once, which does not guarantee that it remains in good condition if it had not been done perfectly.
No warranty attention will be given to batteries that have deteriorated or have a capacity that is minimally reduced due to an incorrect charging process, regardless of what the original instructions indicate. For any questions regarding the proper charging time and correct treatment of the batteries, the customer should consult before proceeding to charging.
We will not accept returns of used batteries, or items that include a battery and this has been charged even just once.
Any problems caused by lack of power of a standard battery are out of warranty, even if the battery has been properly charged. The batteries included as standard with each replica have the characteristics necessary for the regular operation of this, but they do not always have the optimal characteristics to make them work under certain conditions, such as cold start with the compressed spring. So it is highly recommended to find out which battery will be the best for each model. In any case, the batteries included as standard in the replica cases are included in the warranty, except in the cases described above.
Changes introduced by the manufacturer
Since the manufacturing conditions are not perfectly defined by mutual agreement, changes of different importance may occur in replicas and other articles, or in their respective accessories. These changes are determined unilaterally by the manufacturer, usually due to lower costs or changing regulations. overguns.com is never previously notified of these changes, so sometimes the store receives apparently the same product but this presents some minor changes, whether aesthetic or in technical performance, but which do not make the product different from the one previously supplied, but the same product with the same reference number and relative cost.
In these cases overguns.com is not responsible for reasonable changes, such as the power of the spring, the material of some small components, the presence or absence of markings on the body, absence of accessories included, etc., since the product that the shop supplies remains under the same conditions under which it was manufactured at source and distributed equally to all importers.
overguns.com undertakes to inform customers of these changes as soon as possible, updating the product sheets as soon as these changes are detected.
However, sometimes it can take a while for the changes to be detected. Therefore overguns.com asks those customers who wish to collaborate to report these changes in the card as soon as possible.
Professional, police, military, sports and other uses
All catalogue material not included in the PROFESSIONAL EQUIPMENT category is specifically designed for use in adventure sports, military and historical recreation, marksmanship championships, and also at free discretion for civil security training, martial arts training, and other uses that are not offensive or dangerous to people’s physical integrity.
overguns.com is not responsible for any damage caused to the material itself or to other goods, animals, or persons during any activity other than any of the above, nor for any irresponsible use of this material within those activities.
The warranty, except for items included in PROFESSIONAL EQUIPMENT, does not cover the use of spare parts and accessories used in real firearms, as they are simply not designed to withstand use, operation and stresses to which they may be subjected.
Acceptance of terms
If the Customer or User uses the services provided through the overguns.com site, it means that he has read, understood and expressly accepts the terms above. It is also understood that each time the Customer accesses the site, expressly accepts the rules of confidentiality and intellectual property expressed herein and the General Conditions of Sale in the case of placing an order.
